Our QC department is composed of 3 QC engineers and 12 QC assistants,with the expanding of our output,more QC staffs are needed. We strictly conduct international quality standards to meet the clients demands.
PROCEDURES / TESTING DETAILS:
Incoming materials have to pass strict examination before being accepted,IQC check sampling refers to AQL on whether to accept or not.
IPQC checks on the products and manufacturing procedures are conducted.Results are recorded for future study.
FQC on the final product,referring to CSP standards.Final testing is also conducted.
QA on all items to be shipped,referring to AQL.All procedures are up to ISO 9001:2000 standards.
What If I Received A Damaged Product?
We always try source for the best quality products for our customers. However, there are many factors that might have resulted your products to be damaged in the transit.
If you received a defective/damaged item, please kindly contact us by sending an email to our sales, let us know your problem and please don't forget to attach photos/videos which can clearly show the issue.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
Charming Tattoo has a 15 day refund policy for all orders placed. If the order has not come to you for 15 days after your payment, your refund request will be accepted. If you are not satisfied with your order for some reason, simply contact us for return instructions and a refund in 15 days. Please note we can only accept returns that are unopened and unused.
How To Modify My Order!
If you want to change anything in your order, please contact the sales you are dealing with asap via email or on FB, WhatsApp, Skype. She or he will revise the invoice in 24 hours. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.
